Fermentation tanks are the biggest, the most modern and the most important element of the brewing system. In these enormous tanks a semi-finished product called malt wort undergoes the process of alcohol fermentation with the use of special brewing yeast. After the phase of wild fermentation the process of beer maturation (storage) takes place in the tanks. Proper temperature exact to 0.1 oC is kept in the tanks all the time.
