Classic, solidly hopped pils, enchanting with the unique aroma of fragrant hops from Lublin cultivation. The taste has a distinct hint of bread and malty notes, and the pleasant bitterness perfectly refreshes and quenches thirst.
Browarne Pils are brewed using the traditional method of bottom fermentation. For the production of malt, we use our own malting barley grains, which we collect every year during the harvest. We also have our own deep water intake and our own yeast propagation station. We know that natural, properly selected ingredients are responsible for the quality and taste of beer.
The Czech city of Pilsen is the cradle of the pils style. It was there that the original recipe for brewing a bright, perfectly clear Pilsner was developed.
Until the 19th century, only top-fermented beers were brewed in Pilsen. Then came the bottom-fermenting yeast, characteristic of the pils style. In 1842, a Bavarian brewer, Josef Groll, joined a municipal brewery and modified the recipe according to which beer had been brewed there for centuries. He added a pale malt dried in low-temperature to it. Later this malt was called Pilsen. Today, traditional Pilsner is one of the most popular beer styles in the world.
We have been brewing Pils brewery since 2019.
