The main purpose of this distinction is to popularize and promote the best food products that are characterized by: quality, innovation, packaging method, those that are most appreciated by customers.

The prize is awarded annually by the PTWP SA Group, the publisher of the Rynek Spożywczy magazine and the industry websites portalspozywczy.pl and dlahandlu.pl, together with the Polish Trade and Distribution Organization. The awards are granted in five categories, including: quality, innovation, packaging design. Amber Wheat received the title in the category: Regional Product.
